THE HITCHHIKER: When Morning Comes (1983). This is the second episode in HBO's first original drama series, which originally aired in 1983. Unlike all other copies of this episode I've seen online, this is the original broadcast version, with Nicholas Campbell's Hitchhiker scenes still intact. For syndication (and the later DVD release from Koch), his scenes were reshot/replaced with footage featuring Page Fletcher instead. To date, this is the only one of the original three Nicholas Campbell episodes to have never been redistributed without the later changes/edits. The recording is a bit rough (an SLP dub of a 1983 SP off-air recording), but so far it's the only copy I've been able to locate.
