Children's fantasy series based on the books by Forrest Wilson, about Granny Smith (Gudrun Ure) and her adventures facing off against the Scunner Campbell (Iain Cuthbertson.) Narrated by Bill McAllister and featuring guest appearances by George Best, Spike Milligan, Roy Kinnear and, in their final screen appearances, Patrick Troughton and Charles Hawtrey. Produced by Tyne Tees Television for Children's ITV and aired from 1985 - 87.
