This is likely one of those movies with the slightly different spelling of Emmanuelle in an attempt to capitalize on the name without paying royalties. The plot has significant differences as well. While Emmanuelle Arsan's original was about sexual awakening in a marriage, this one is about getting the hell out of a marriage. Italian language with optional English subtitles.
