Trilogy of British children's sci-fi serials - Chocky (1984), Chocky's Children (1985), and Chocky's Challenge (1986) - written by Anthony Read and directed by Vic Hughes, based on the 1963 novel Chocky by John Wyndham. They follow Matthew Gore (Andrew Ellams), an intelligent boy chosen by a mysterious extraterrestrial visitor, Chocky (voiced by Glynis Brooks), to be a source of knowledge about life on Earth, which puts them both in danger from powerful forces who wish to acquire such power for themselves. All three serials were produced by Thames Television for ITV.
